We support returns & refunds within 30 days:
The following is a detailed description of our return & refund, please check whether you meet the requirements, for buyers who have already received the product and need a refund, please check in detail whether it meets the 30-day return policy.
About Canceling Orders:
All orders can be canceled for free within 48 hours after payment.
- Related terms: If you feel you don’t want it after placing the order and want a refund. Here you need to bear Paypal’s handling fee. (Paypal handling fee: the transaction fee charged by Paypal for each transaction)
Refund if due to out of stock. We will bear this part of the cost.
But orders canceled after 48 hours will be charged a handling fee of 30% of the item price.
The following situations will qualify for our return policy (within 30 days of receipt of the order):
- Damage or quality defects can already be seen when the goods are received;
- Received an item of a different size than the one ordered;
- missing accessories;
- The package is lost in transit after being confirmed by the shipping company;
Please note that the following situations will not be eligible for our Returns and Refunds policy:

- Used, worn, stained, cut;

The following is a detailed description of how to process returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving the goods:
- First of all, please contact us by email for after-sales service, after verification by customer service, we will inform you whether it conforms to our return policy.
- Please describe the problem you encountered clearly, and provide pictures or videos for reference, so that we can solve the problem for you faster.
- To return or exchange the goods after verification, the buyer needs to send the goods within 2 weeks after confirmation, select the registered mail with the online delivery tracking number, and return the goods in the original state. The cost is borne by the seller.
- After we sign for the goods, after confirming that the goods are in good condition. Refunds will be returned to you within 3 business days.

- Please allow 1 inch difference due to manual measurement, thanks (1 inch = 2.54cm, 1 cm = 0.39 inch)
- Our standard size chart is close to US size and its finished garment size. We recommend that you take a look at our size chart as a reference before choosing a size.
- If you don’t know how to choose a size, we recommend that you have someone else measure it for you and choose our custom size.
